Pork Butt Pics!

I cooked a couple of pork butts last night on my WSM in the pouring rain.

Secret injection recipe and rubbed with Yardbird.

Best tasting pulled pork I've cooked yet! :-D

Great looking Butt!! Can you clue me in on "SBR"? I'm new to all this and I honestly couldn't tell a so, so butt from a great butt - but I really want to learn! Does injecting your butt really make it great? What's all that about.

Funny how some things are so obvious to me, here in the Netherlands, like SBR and something so simple as a common acronym for Apple Juice is so unknown...
