I took the leftover crabs from Friday's dinner and made Maryland Crab Soup. We had it with cornbread and watermelon on the side. What did you have?

I made a large green salad for supper and we added the leftover piri piri chicken, feta, and some hard cooked eggs. I put some other additions on the table so we could tailor our choices to our personal taste. There was also some whole grain baguette for dipping into a plate of EVOO with some balsamic vinegar drizzled on top.

Filets on the Que, baked taters with KNUDSEN Sour Cream....haven't found that since 2011!!...and I made a skillet of zuke, onion and mushrooms. All very yummy and hit the spot. Although it is only 60F here at the beach, we've had the AC on and will need to cool the RV waaaay down in order to sleep well. Funny, in CA, I think we would have the heat on. Here, we enjoy the cooler temps.
