Next time just concentrate on baking the tate. Folks can add their own non sense at the dressing table..kindly dont forget the green chiles. Those things were invented to enhance spuds.

Old Big Dave had it down to an art and science at the cookoffs. Him and Big Brad usually cook up around 40. Very tasty. I am just too lazy to mess with it. Thats the key..lol.
