Carrots can go sweet or savory depending on what you like best.

Hummus-can also go sweet or savory.
Warm spices go nice with carrots too. Cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom, star anise, anise seeds, nutmeg, all spice.

I would say that carrots go well with just about any dip or salad dressing that you like.
Here are some of things we use:
  • Green goddess dressing
  • Hummus
  • Vinaigrette with lots of herbs and garlic
  • Blue cheese dressing or dip
  • Onion dip
  • Salsa

I can supply recipes for any of the above. I have an extra easy recipe for the vinaigrette and very easy instructions for the onion dip.
