I thawed a package of recently made and vacuum sealed meat loaf from the freezer, so will have that plus a sheet pan of roasted cauliflower, asparagus, and red bell pepper.
I posted this about 5 yrs ago and we're having it tonight. There's nothing like a recipe with sweet memories.

I made pan-seared pork chops, chunky applesauce and roasted potatoes. A delicious, but very beige, meal [emoji38]
