Look wonderful. Thank you for link. I’ll try when berries are on sale. I may also sub peaches another time .I baked strawberry muffins today. I used 2 tbsp coconut oil in place of 2 tbsp butter. It didn't want to whip up, so I added a couple tbsp water and that did it. So good.

I like to make cakes for folks who I see on a regular basis to do things for me, ie. my dental hygienist, aesthetician, etc. I have appointments with these two this week.
