Chicken Two Ways

My Wife wanted to have Chicken Mole tonight but I wasn't feeling it tonight. I felt more like BBQ chicken.

Thighs naked on the grill


These were held back and sauced with some Dr. Pepper sauce with some black pepper, granulated garlic and apple cider vinegar added to it.


Plated with some leftover red beans and rice from last night and a side salad.


The Mole just finishing up on the grill.
