Hi. I am in the UK. I bought Lamb swirl's from the butchers at the weekend. I asked how long it should be cooked for in the oven. I was told 30 minutes. I forgot to ask the temperature. This looks like a slice of a swiss roll. Picture attached.

Can anyone tell me the best time and temperature to cook it?

Looks like the filling is mostly meat and it's appears less than 1" thick. You could cook it like a steak in a skillet. In the oven, 350ºF-400ºF. I think 30 minutes would result in a well done end product.

Thanks. Never thought of cooking it like a steak. if 1 inch how long turning it over?
Difficult to say. Don't know the power of your burners etc. Cook it long enough so it browns well on the first side and no longer sticks to the pan then flip and repeat.
